Hassina joined the Institute for the Study of Muslim Civilisations (ISMC) in October 2024 as the HR Manager. Hassina Kara is an experienced HR professional with a proven ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals. Hassina will focus on improving performance management, talent development, and diversity initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
