Biography
Sohaib Muhammad joined ISMC in August 2024 as an ICT Analyst, bringing a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. As a Modern Workplace Engineer, he specialises in Microsoft platforms, including Azure and Microsoft 365. His experience in user-end support and IT Service Management (ITSM) allows him to deliver effective solutions that enhance the learning environment for students and staff.
At ISMC, he is dedicated to optimising the digital workplace, ensuring that the community has the tools and support needed for academic success. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve user experiences and contribute to the overall mission of the university.
