We're excited to share some highlights from President Shahabuddin's visit on April 15th, 2024. The day was bustling with energy as the President engaged with various members of our community. From meeting the Associate Dean of PGME and AVP Tanzania at the skills lab to connecting with BScN students, every interaction was meaningful and inspiring. The President's presence was felt across entities in Tanzania, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration. A particularly enriching moment was the lively Questions and Answers session at the new classroom, where insightful discussions flourished.
Meanwhile, over at CIME Dar Es Salaam the work started to upgrade which President Shahabuddin and Provost Amrhein were able to review on their recent visit. With tremendous support from Provost Amrhein, the refurbished facility will include a control room, AV capability, piped gases, medical vacuum and more. We are grateful to Eunice Siaity, Associate Vice Provost, Tanzania and Associate Dean SONAM, East Africa and Gamariel Mboya, Manager, General Administration in Dar Es Salaam for overseeing the work. Meanwhile valued CIME team members Kisimbi Mressa, Educational Analyst, and Richard Kalokalo, Technical Assistant, prepare for this welcome and much-needed development.
