AKU-ISMC's Professor Jonas Otterbeck made the news during a recent visit to Kyrgyzstan. Professor Otterbeck attended a conference in Bichkek where he shared his research on Muslim Youth in Sweden. In a wide-ranging interview he spoke about the importance of pluralism and his work at ISMC and his life-long interest in Islam.
