Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:
  • carry out initial assessment of patient visiting clinic or injured on field
  • demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment
  • assess and recognize changes in patient condition, while performing regular nursing care of other assessments of patients
  • administer medication safely, monitors patient responses to medication where indicated and reports related incidents promptly
  • assist field doctor during consultation and procedure
  • take prompt and appropriate action in an emergency/disaster situation and carries out emergency procedures as per scope of service
  • perform any other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

You should have:
  • a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school, preferably Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
  • minimum two years of work experience at acute care setting
  • valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Canulation, ECG Interpretation and Aseptic Techniques 
  • excellent interpersonal skills, [articularly communication skills
  • willingness to work in shift duties.
