Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • handle office communication through various channels and promptly relay messages to the supervisor and relevant stakeholders
  • manage the supervisor’s schedule and arrange travel plans, as required
  • assist in general administrative tasks, including time & labor administration and arrange logistics for departmental activities
  • draft office documents such as memos, letters, presentations, educational materials, and reports
  • process purchase requisitions, personnel requisitions, and payment requests
  • maintain performance indicators,data reconciliation and information dashboards
  • coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for meetings and administrative events, and take meeting minutes
  • participate in and support JCIA and quality-related initiatives
  • coordinate with support service departments regarding departmental dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

You should have:

  • a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • at least two years of relevant experience
  • excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
  • ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems
  • proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, Power BI, and Advanced Excel
  • experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and performance tracking tools
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • willingness to work in shifts, as rmay be required.
