The Department of Radiology offers a comprehensive range of highly sophisticated imaging tests and procedures that are conducted in a welcoming environment that focuses on quality and patient comfort. The diagnostic services are supported by advanced, state-of-the-art technologies like 3T MRI, 640 slice CT, Mammography, Bone density, Nuclear Imaging, Interventional services, general x-rays, etc. The department is dedicated to patient services and imaging excellence through highest professional and technological standards. The department maintains state-of-the-art technology imaging services to provide our physicians and patients with the most accurate, timely and informative results.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to learn and work on the most advanced general Radiography Imaging Systems including Computed & Digital Radiography. 
  • You will also be oriented in MRI (1.5 & 3-Tesla machines), CT (64 slice and new state-of-the-art 640 Slice), Vascular Intervention Radiology, PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine.
  • You will attend didactic session and rotate in modalities as per schedule. 
  • You will also observe and perform routine procedures under supervision as part of your learning.
  • Selected trainees will be given monthly stipend and may be offered full-time employment opportunities upon successful completion of the traineeship programme and availability of the vacant position. 

Requirements

  • Fresh candidates who have completed Bachelor of Science in the disciplines of Imaging Technology will be preferred however student who have the BSc degree in any biological sciences are also eligible to apply.
  • Full time employment may be offered on successful completion of the traineeship programme upon the availability of the vacant position.

The shortlisted candidates will be required to clear the aptitude test and the interview.
