The Department of Biomedical Sciences is a multi-disciplinary department comprising of faculty from a wide range of basic science teaching and research expertise, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, pathology, pharmacology, immunology and neuroscience. The department strives to inspire, innovate and lead in biochemical science teaching and learning and inclusive biomedical community where students, academics, researchers, clinicians, alumni and industry together foster learning.
AKU- Department of Biomedical Sciences is seeking a part time Biochemistry Lecturer who will make a significant contribution to the delivery of the undergraduate teaching including the delivery of high-quality teaching in biochemistry across MBChB. The faculty will have an important academic and research leadership role in embedding research expertise into the life of the discipline and Department of Biomedical Sciences and will be required to develop high-quality, productivity-driven networks across AKU and with local, national and international, internal and external partners.
