Faith Muthoni Mang'uru is a project Assistant at BMI, where she provides essential support in participant management and administrative coordination. She works closely with project managers and research teams to organize participant visits, manage documentation, and maintain study records, ensuring research projects run smoothly and adhere to high standards of quality and participant care.
Faith's academic foundation in Project Planning and Management from Moi University equipped her with the skills needed for effective project coordination and research support. Her professional journey began as a volunteer with Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), where she focused on public health and community awareness, mobilizing and training community groups to implement impactful programs. Building on this experience, she transitioned into the role of Project Administrative Assistant, where she managed large-scale health initiatives, including coordinating COVID-19 vaccination efforts for over 400,000 clients across eight counties.
Currently, as a Project Assistant at BMI, Faith leverages her extensive experience to ensure the operational efficiency of research initiatives. She is driven by the belief that well-structured programs can transform lives, especially in marginalized communities. Her dedication to public health, meticulous project planning, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes underscore her contributions to BMI's impactful research endeavours.
