​Management Traineeship​

We, at the Aga Khan University, believe that talent and potential should be identified early in a person's career and should then be nurtured and developed to produce high quality managers for leadership positions. In line with this philosophy, the objective of our Management Traineeship programme is to hire and groom young high-potential graduates and invest in the best available human resources to meet future needs of the institution.

Duration: 12 months

Eligibility

Candidates who have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 or above, and have completed their MBA, BS or BE in the current year or are expected to complete the same by December 31 are eligible to apply.
