M. Sohaib (MSc Health Management) is an Assistant Manager at the Pakistan Life Savers Programme (PLSP), where he plays a critical role in overseeing the quality and effectiveness of training programmes. Formerly a Lead Trainer for PLSP and a clinical trainer at Aman Foundation, Sohaib has trained over 70,000 individuals in pre-hospital trauma and medical emergencies. He brings extensive expertise as an instructor with the American Heart Association in pre-hospital life support and medical emergencies.
As an Assistant Manager for PLSP, Sohaib oversees training quality, programme evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. He conducts assessments for both online and in-person training sessions, makes recommendations to trainers, reviews recorded sessions, and keeps detailed records. Sohaib collaborates with the lead physician to design and update the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, leading mid-term and end-of-project evaluations.
Sohaib also manages the credentialing and competency checks for master trainers, reviews evaluation forms, and prepares reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Sohaib represents PLSP to potential partners and continues to serve as a Master Trainer for the Centre's Disaster Management Programme.
