Zohaib is a dedicated Research Associate with a Master’s in Sociology and over five years of experience in human development projects. As a lead trainer for CETE’s Integrated Disaster Preparedness and Response Programme, he has successfully trained over 1,000 Lady Health Workers through the Disaster First Responder Course, empowering them with vital crisis response skills. His role extends beyond training, as he collaborates closely with health department officials to ensure effective programme implementation and support.

Having completed a major training initiative in District Sanghar, Zohaib is now expanding his efforts to District Shaheed Benazirabad, deepening his commitment to advancing health outcomes and disaster preparedness in underserved regions. His leadership and expertise make him an invaluable asset to health and disaster management efforts.​
