Rabia Aajiz Mangi is an Assistant with the CETE Integrated Disaster Preparedness and Response Programme in District Sanghar, where she plays a key role in coordinating and facilitating critical training initiatives. From organizing logistics to managing data and fielding training-related queries, Rabia has been instrumental in training over 1,000 Lady Health Workers as disaster first responders, enhancing local readiness for emergencies.
Since joining Aga Khan University in 2017, Rabia has worked tirelessly to support health initiatives, including setting up medical camps and raising awareness about flood-related diseases during crises in rural Sindh. She also contributed to AKU’s Kangaroo Mother Care Project, passionately caring for low-birth-weight and preterm infants. With a BS in Rural Development Studies, Rabia brings dedication and expertise to her mission of improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
