Zabin Wajid Ali is an Instructor at the Centre of Excellence for Trauma and Emergencies at Aga Khan University, with over nine years of research experience. She holds an M.Phil. in Public Health, an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Microbiology and Medical Technology, and is pursuing a Ph.D.

At the Centre, Zabin contributes to key research projects like Equi Injury, Connect-HTN, and Head Trauma, where she plans research activities and analyzes qualitative data. She also chairs the Departmental Review Committee, overseeing the ethics review process for research proposals to ensure compliance with both university policies and international standards.

Zabin has managed several internationally funded research projects, developed medical survey applications, and authored peer-reviewed publications. Her work focuses on using technology to improve healthcare delivery, reflecting her commitment to advancing public health outcomes.​
