Be a Successful Simulation Educator
This intensive programme is tailored for faculty and clinicians looking to acquire facilitation skills in Simulation. This four day-programme consists of 1 day of online pre-course learning and 3 days of face-to-face interaction. You will gain the latest techniques, knowledge, and hands-on experience of simulation-based medical education, building expertise in prebriefing, scenario development, and debriefing, and enhancing overall teaching proficiency.
Teaching and learning strategy
Participants will be actively engaged in challenging but well supported activities. The focus will be on designing, managing, and evaluating skills acquisition through simulation. It will equip participants with the knowledge to design and analyze simulation-based education, teach them the fundamentals of different simulation modalities, promote cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning, and help them improve their teaching skills.
