Convocation 2015

This year’s Convocation in Tanzania had a special significance as the Aga Khan University celebrated its 15th anniversary in East Africa. To mark this milestone, the Chancellor presided over the ceremony.

The Convocation ceremony was held at Diamond Jubilee Hall in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. In total, 58 graduates were conferred with degrees. The Master of Education degree was conferred upon 37 graduates, the Master of Medicine degree was conferred upon 3 graduates and 18 graduates were conferred with the degree of Master of Science in Nursing.​

The valedictorian speech was presented by Tabitha Alexandria Njeri Nyanja, a graduate of the Master of Medicine programme.​
