This programme is designed to build gender specialist expertise and equip you with the skills to prepare and deliver impactful gender-focused training sessions and foster a heightened awareness of gender issues. Additionally, you will learn to utilise active learning strategies to develop instructional effectiveness and drive optimal learning outcomes. Graduates of the program will become profficient at advocating for gender equality, implementing inclusive policies and practices, and spearheading initiatives that promote women's rights and social justice within their respective sectors.
