The Institute for Global Health and Development​

The Institute for Global Health and Development (IGHD)​​ is a major initiative of the Aga Khan University to champion large-scale interdisciplinary research which connects all campuses, entities, and faculty of the University and link them to the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). ​

Under the leadership of Dr. Zulfiqar A. Bhutta, Distinguished University Professor and Founding Director, the Institute aims to serve the regions of South and Central Asia and Africa through collaborative efforts and a network of leading scholars. ​​Learn more about the Institute here​
