Sohaib Muhammad joined ISMC in Aug 2024 as an ICT Analyst, bringing a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. As a Modern Workplace Engineer, I specialize in Microsoft platforms, including Azure and Microsoft 365. My experience in user-end support and IT Service Management (ITSM) allows me to deliver effective solutions that enhance the learning environment for students and staff.
