Islamic Manuscripts in the Arabic Language 

Dr Ghali has been working on restoration and researching one Quran manuscript from East Africa. He has published one article on this manuscript and the forthcoming one is on the illumination of Islamic manuscripts and its Indian ocean cross-regional aspects. There is still lot of work to be done in the area of African manuscripts and codicology.
