About Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department
Welcome to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Aga Khan University Medical College, Dar es Salaam.
The department aims to champion women's health and safety by providing current evidence- based solutions and excellence in education, research and provision of various quality health services in Tanzania. Our team comprises of faculty and residents who work together to ensure excellence in education, research and provision of various quality health services.
The uniqueness of our programmes in Dar es Salaam lies in the quality of training that we offer. The department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology plays a significant role in advancing the mission and vision of Aga Khan University and Aga Khan Hospital.
