This is a service designed to cater for neonates, children and adolescents with problems arising from the nervous system some of which may be as a result of birth defects, problems related to child delivery as well as consequences of infections or trauma on the nervous system. We also review children with intellectual disability or developmental delays to provide an understanding of possible causes as well as measures that can be taken to help the child achieve their best potential while reducing advancement of possible complications. 

At the department, we work closely with practitioners in rehabilitation including Occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, educational psychologists, nutritionists and clinical psychologists to provide a wholesome interventional program for our clients. Diagnostic services essential to child neurology practice including MRI, PET CT Scan, EEG and neurophysiology tests are also available on site.
