The Department of Surgery, in collaboration with CIME and the Nursing Education Services, hosted its inaugural Leadership Session tailored specifically for nurses. The session delved into unexplored territories of leadership within hospital environments, offering nurses a unique opportunity to refine their leadership skills.

The interactive training session engaged nurses in real-life scenarios, including instances of patient harassment to reception staff, highlighting the pivotal role of nurses in navigating complex situations and assuming leadership responsibilities.

Going beyond theoretical concepts, the Leadership Course immersed nursing professionals in high-fidelity operations scenarios, providing hands-on experience and practical insights into effective leadership strategies.
