The Academic Writing course is designed to equip the learners of the MScN programme with the necessary English Language skills in academic and research writing. The course will facilitate learners in paraphrasing, summarizing and synthesizing information, getting familiar with APA style of writing. In addition, the learners will get the opportunity to learn to write Academic Blog Post for the digital environment.

More specifically, this course will enable the learners to use English for research when they write their research thesis using formal academic rhetoric and organizational skills in accordance with the guidelines specified by the American Psychological Association..​

Eligibility:
Sixteen years of education – an undergraduate degree from an accredited /recognized university​

Application Process:
Complete the Visiting Student Application Form​ and submit the same to the Office of the Registrar at the AKU School of Nursing and Midwifery before the deadline.
