School Education
Applications are invited from interested candidates to work as contract-based Education Fellows in government schools mentioned in the following villages. Please note that candidates having domiciles of the following villages, and motivated to work in their respective locations till 30th June 2025, are eligible to apply for the available positions:

Diamer (8 positions): Saari Thour, (1 Female) Toper Hudur, (1 Female) Larkesh Hudur, (1 Female) Sair Khanbary, (1 Female), Pahay Tangir (1 Female), Koranga Paeen Tangir (1 Female), Furuli Tangir (1 Female), Kouchi Tangir (1 Female).
Selection Criteria for School Education Candidates
- First preference will be given to candidates with 16 years (or higher) education in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
- Second preference will be given to those having 16 years (or higher) education in other relevant subjects (e.g. MPhil or MA Education) where science subjects candidates are not available.
- Third preference will be given to those having 14 years of education preferably in science (or other relevant) subjects.
- Last preference will be given to those from the marginalized/underserved areas having minimum Intermediate qualification (i.e. 12 years of education) preferably in science (or other relevant) subjects.
Government Girls Degree College Chilas, Diamer
Applications are invited from interested candidates to fill up six (6) vacant Education Fellow positions (i.e. contract-based) in the Government Girls College Chilas for the subjects mentioned below. Please note that as per the advice from the Higher Education Department, GB, candidates having domiciles of Chilas, Diamer and motivated to work in Govt Girls College, Chilas till 30th June 2025, are eligible to apply for the available positions.
Criteria for Selection
- Female candidates having domiciles of Chilas and having a minimum Masters degree (or higher) in Urdu (1 position), Mathematics (1 position), Physics (1 position), Islamiat (1 position), Pakistan Studies (1 position), Sociology (1 position), can apply for the positions
- Female candidates having an experience of teaching college classes will have a preference to fill the positions.
Requirements for Govt Girls Degree College Chilas Candidates
- Attending professional development trainings is mandatory, successful Education Fellows will be expected to demonstrate motivation to attend the PD opportunities provided to them.
- Candidates willing to accept a 7-month contract concluding on 30th June 2025, should submit their application for the job.
- Candidates will have to present their original degrees during their interview-cum-test.
Please note that the following 2-phase criteria will apply for both School Education and Govt Girls College Chilas candidates to determine their merit for selection:
- Highest academic qualification, residence of the candidate, % of marks in academic qualifications will be considered in the shortlisting criteria;
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for further screening which may involve a panel interview cum test, and a short teaching demonstration.
Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
