​Outreach and Engagement 

ACER outreach programs involve generating, transmitting, applying, and preserving knowledge for the direct benefit of community-defined needs, with special focus on sustainable crop and pasture production, tree planting, community health workers, microfinance, ecological restoration of degraded areas, and environmental management. All our university-community partnerships are collaborative, participatory, empowering, systemic, and transformative, and promoting co-creation and application of knowledge in a way that increases both partners' capacity to address identified issues.
