This two-day course is designed to prime university and hospital leadership for the planning, designing and operationalizing of a Clinical Simulation Centre.
The participants will be provided with knowledge and wisdom and the experience of project management from several international contexts.
Teaching strategy is small group, narrative with didactic sessions as starting points to discussion. Educational, technological and management expertise will be brought to the table. Activities within the centre will be planned in consultation with participants.
As such, the class will be limited to 8, no more. Tailored institutional training is an option.
