  • Identify the prevalent risk factors contributing to the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among adolescents in Pakistan.
  • Discuss the interplay between lifestyle factors, including tobacco use, nutrition, physical inactivity, and air pollution, in shaping adolescent health outcomes.
  • Evaluate evidence-based strategies for the prevention and management of NCD risk factors specific to the adolescent age group.
  • Formulate comprehensive approaches to address mental health issues among adolescents, including early intervention and suicide prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop targeted interventions and policies aimed at improving the overall health and well-being of Pakistani adolescents.
