​​Governance Structures

Establishing a unified governance structure for research at AKU, with adequate flexibility for local realities requires education, awareness building, ​and training to promote an understanding of AKU-wide policies and procedures for research.​​​ The research environment at the University is marked with tremendous dynamism and activity. This is evident from the range of steps taken to improve the governance and policy environment for research and new initiatives to enhance the quality, productivity, relevance, and impact of research.
