Introduction
Dr. Ghafoor graduated from Karachi Medical and Dental College, University of Karachi, in
2003. She then pursued her Internship from Karachi Medical and Dental College , in 2005.
In November 2005, she joined the residency program in Operative Dentistry and Endodontics
at the Aga Khan University and Hospital, Karachi. She is a Fellow and supervisor of College
of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
She is an approved CPSP supervisor and supervises residents for their Fellowship in
Operative Dentistry and Endodontics from College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.
She has more than 50 publications to her credit and has presented her research work at
numerous national and international conferences and even received awards for the same. She
is also the recipient of multiple URC (University Research Council, the Aga Khan
University) grants as Principal Investigator.
