Research
Research in AKU’s Medical College, Pakistan spans many disciplines but particularly emphasises problems of the developing world, such as investigation of the causes and treatment of childhood diarrhoea, studies of the immunological characteristics of tuberculosis and leprosy, and community-based health systems redevelopment.
