Introduction

Dr.Ahmad graduated from de'montmorency College of Dentistry in 1979. He then presumed his training in Maxillofacial Surgery in the UK where he worked as a house officer at Burnley General Hospital and a Senior Household officer at Withington Hospital Manchester which is a regional Maxillofacial Plastic surgery center. He then worked as a Registrar at Bolton General Hospital. He has worked in deputation at various Maxillofacial Department in the UK Covering Consultant. He joined Aga Khan University Hospital in 1986 as a lecturer and Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Department of Surgery and then been with the Department of Surgery to date. He is the Founder Member of the Pakistan Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has given presentations in National and International forums. He has been with the AKU since its inception and has major contributions to the development of Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery.
