The residency programme was started in 1995 and is considered one of the premier neurology residency training programmes in the country.  We believe that we have an outstanding training programme in clinical neurology. Each faculty member has interest in different sub-specialties that provide opportunity of diverse exposure to neurological disorders and comprehensive training.

Upon completion of the residency, you will be a well-trained and competent clinician qualified to practice neurology or to move into fellowship or to pursue a career in neuroscience research.

The programme is recognised by the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan, for FCPS (Neurology). This programme has already trained several neurolo​gists who have successfully cleared their FCPS examination and are now practicing as consultant neurologists in Pakistan and abroad.
