​Educational Programmes​​

​Educational programmes offered by the Department​ are driven by the vision and mission of the University. The programmes are geared towards providing quality education to develop leaders in their respective fields who can address the issues of the populations they serve. Besides contributing substantially  to the MBBS undergraduate programme, the Department offers two graduate programmes: MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and MSc in H​​ealth Policy Management; as well as ​​a variety of short c​​​ourses under the Continuing Education Programme; a four-year Community Medicine Residency; and a Population and Public Health stream in the PhD in Health Sciences.​
